Will work up to 3 hours every Tuesday, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. EST, based on funding. Starting wage $14.08 per hour plus mileage ($0.70/mile)
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the ideal candidate will have experience in social services and skills for contacting clients, answering questions and distributing items like diapers and tax forms. The Outreach positions are the main access point for community residents who are seeking assistance through Agency programs. Assistance is provided to clients with the application process. Data entry skills, interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette a must. Ability to understand directions and follow through with them with minimal supervision. Minimum of one year background training and/or experience in the field related to human services preferred. Travel is sometimes required. Must be able to work independently, as well as a team player. Must have dependable vehicle and valid driver’s license. Background check is required. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Education: High school graduate or equivalent; minimum 18 years of age. Job Title: MHP SNOW-SHOVELING WORKERS
Gogebic County - 2 positions (1 in Ironwood, 1 in Bessemer/Wakefield/Ramsay) Ontonagon County - 2 positions (1 in South Ontonagon, 1 in North Ontonagon)
Compensation dependent upon path length; mileage paid at $0.70/mile. Non-Exempt; Employee-at-Will.
Must have dependable vehicle, and a valid driver license. Applicant must have strong interpersonal skills, be a team player, able to understand directions and follow through with them with minimal supervision, be physically capable of performing tasks, willing to perform tasks regardless of perceived degree of importance. Must also have organizational skills, and must be able to work in inclement weather. High school graduate or equivalent; minimum 18 years of age. Background check is required. Job Title: SUB Site Manager ( 1 position Ewen, MI)
Non-Exempt, Employee-at-will. Starting wage $14.08/hr.
Work 3.5 to 4 hours per day, (10:00-1:30) Tuesday and Thursday
The Site Manager will manage the senior nutrition site, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, regulations and policies. Must be neat, organized, resourceful and innovative, detail oriented, a team player and capable of independent work. Will directly supervise dining room staff and coordinate with head cook/central kitchen and kitchen staff. Takes meal reservations, counts donation money and maintain records and submit reports. Assigns and trains volunteers in food servicing and cleanup. Supervises home delivered meal driver and home delivered meal route. Completes assessments for home delivered meal clients; additional time may be needed for completion. Must be willing to learn Federal rules and regulations. Background check is required. High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years of age minimum.

Work 3-4 hours per day (9:30 – 1:30) Monday thru Thursday.
The Substitute Kitchen Aide will perform a variety of skilled tasks. Must be neat, organized, resourceful and innovative, detail oriented, a team player and capable of independent work. Operates the dishwashing machine and assists in kitchen cleanup. Will assist in food preparation as assigned by cook. Assembles cold food and assists in the dining room. Some kitchen experience is desirable. Ability to lift up to ten pounds. High school graduate or equivalent. Background check is required.
