Job Title: Caseworker (1 position in Gogebic County -Bessemer)
Non-exempt, Employee-at-will, will work up to 16 hours/week (4 days/wk.; 4-hour days) No weekends.
Starting wage $19.87 per hour.
Under the supervision of the Housing Director, the position performs Caseworker duties related to carrying out the grant(s). Provide support for management as needed. Assist with preparation of grant proposals and requests. Attend training sessions when required. Develop and maintain program files and records and complete client files as required. High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years of age minimum. Excellent customer service required. Computer experience with Excel, Word, data entry, and an understanding of database programs. Must be able to work in a team setting, as well as client interaction. Attendance is an essential function of the job.

Job Title: Kitchen Aide ( 1 position Bessemer, MI)
Non-Exempt, Employee-at-will. Starting wage $14.08//hr.
Work 3-4 hours per day (10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.) Monday thru Thursday.
The Kitchen Aide will perform a variety of skilled tasks. Must be neat, organized, resourceful and innovative, detail oriented, a team player and capable of independent work. Operates the dishwashing machine and assists in kitchen cleanup. Will assist in food preparation as assigned by cook. Assembles cold food and assists in the dining room. Some kitchen experience is desirable. Ability to lift up to ten pounds. High school graduate or equivalent. Background check is required.

Job Title: SUB Site Manager ( 1 position Ewen, MI)
Non-Exempt, Employee-at-will. Starting wage $14.08/hr.
Work 3.5 to 4 hours per day, (10:00-1:30) Tuesday and Thursday
The Site Manager will manage the senior nutrition site, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, regulations and policies. Must be neat, organized, resourceful and innovative, detail oriented, a team player and capable of independent work. Will directly supervise dining room staff and coordinate with head cook/central kitchen and kitchen staff. Takes meal reservations, counts donation money and maintain records and submit reports. Assigns and trains volunteers in food servicing and cleanup. Supervises home delivered meal driver and home delivered meal route. Completes assessments for home delivered meal clients; additional time may be needed for completion. Must be willing to learn Federal rules and regulations. Background check is required. High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years of age minimum.
